 about prizes\, sign up for a library card\, check out books\, and get a 
 popsicle! \n\nThis is an offsite event located at: 545 E. James Street\, 
 Walcott\, IA 52773\n\nThis program will be held outdoors. In the case of 
 inclement weather\, Books on the Blacktop will be canceled.\n\nThis program 
 is great for children and families of all ages. \n\nWe strive to make our
