World War II Lecture Series: North African Campaign & Battle of Kasserine Pass

Commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Invasion of Normandy during World War II by joining Kevin Braafladt, as the Army Sustainment Command Deputy Historian at the Rock Island Arsenal, in exploring the history of the North African Campaign and the Battle of the Kasserine Pass. In February 1943, the Battle of Kasserine began with a successful attack from German forces which lead to an achievement for American forces, but not without effects that would linger until the end of the war.
