Halloween Costume Giveaway
Looking for a new Halloween costume? The Davenport Public Library is here to help! Come to the Eastern Avenue Library on Saturday, September 28th from 1-4p for our Halloween Costume Giveaway to select a new-to-you costume. Choose from community-donated, gently used Halloween costumes. All sizes and types of costumes are available, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. All ages are welcome to browse the donations and take home one costume each.
