Q-C History Hop: Bix Beiderbecke Museum and Archives
The Quad Cities are bursting with history! Join us in visiting local cultural and historical institutions and organizations around the Quad Cities to learn about the region's storied past.
Bix Beiderbecke Museum and Archives is a museum dedicated to sharing the story of legendary cornetist, pianist, and composer Bix Beiderbecke. Learn about the alluring story of jazz and history by viewing rare films, listening to recordings of his music and seeing artifacts from his life.
We will meet at the Bix Museum at 6:30 pm.
This is an offsite tour at the Bix Beiderbecke Museum & Archive, River Music Experience, 129 N. Main St., Davenport, IA 52801.
