Popular middle-grade author, Marcus Emerson, will speak and sign books at the Fairmount branch on Friday, March 6th at 11:00 am.

Marcus Emerson is the author of several highly imaginative children's books including the popular Diary of a 6th Grade Ninja and Ben Braver series. His goal is to create children's books that are engaging, funny, and inspirational for kids of all ages - even the adults who secretly never grew up.

In his 45 minute presentation, Marcus will talk about the story-writing process as he shares how he became an author and illustrator. The presentation will finish with drawing, question and answer time, and book signing!

Marcus's books will be available for purchase at the event.

The Davenport Public Library is pleased to present this event in partnership with the CLIFF Homeschool group. This event is open to the public and all ages are welcome.
