Coronavirus ruin your summer camp plans? The Library has got you covered. This Activities To Go! box brings the classic summer camp experience to your own backyard.

Create an adorable s'mores magnet for the fridge. Impress your friends with the fanciest friendship bracelet. Try your hand at an essential camp skill - archery (except tiny!). And what camp experience would be complete without a popsicle stick craft? Your house will be an avian neighborhood hotspot with this rainbow popsicle stick bird feeder. We've also provided instructions for everyone's favorite camp came - Capture the Flag. Everything you need is included (except the mosquitoes)!

This box is best for children and teens ages 8-18. The crafts in this box will be too difficult for younger children.

We respectfully request that each themed box be limited to 1 per household.

This box will be available for pickup August 10 - August 15. You will receive an email when you box is ready to be picked up.

Boxes not picked up by end of day Monday, August 24 will be made available for those on the waitlist. If you need a later pickup date, please contact Youth Services at ysp@davenportlibrary.com. These boxes always have long waiting lists so don't forget to pick yours up on time before it gets passed to someone else!

Adult supervision while using Activities To Go! boxes is required. Boxes may contain choking hazards, skin irritants, or products that can be harmful if swallowed or used inappropriately. Boxes may also contain items that will stain or damage clothing and/or furniture. By requesting a Activities To Go! box, you are agreeing that you will supervise the use of its contents, and that you will not hold the Davenport Public Library or its staff liable for any injuries or damages that result from the contents of the box.
