From JAPANNA anna ito:

The purpose of greeting-card-making is spreading love & kindness. In my 30 minutes video, first I will welcome people to TAD. And then, I will briefly practice meditation-like activity with participants, and help them relieve their stress and create peace in their mind. And then, I will explain a little about Japanese traditional brush calligraphy font style & equipment, teach how to use a bamboo brush pen, let them practice writing in copy paper or something, and then finally start writing a certain Japanese calligraphy symbols in the greeting card.  I hope kids & their parents will enjoy the activity together. Participants will be able to mail the greeting cards with their love in the holiday season.
