The Library, in partnership with Nahant Marsh Education Center, presents Nature Explorers: Let's Go Fly a Kite!

Harness the power of wind and investigate kites with this nature kit! Use everyday materials to create three different types of kites, then conduct an experiment to figure out which kite works best!

Ages 4-10

This kit will be available for pickup from March 9 - March 13. You will receive an email when your kit is ready to be picked up.

Kits not picked up by end of day Tuesday, March 16th will be made available for those on the waitlist. If you need a later pickup date, please contact Youth Services at ysp@davenportlibrary.com. These kits always have long waiting lists so don't forget to pick yours up on time before it gets passed to someone else!

Adult supervision while using Nature Explorer kits is required. Kits may contain choking hazards, skin irritants, or products that can be harmful if swallowed or used inappropriately. Kits may also contain items that will stain or damage clothing and/or furniture. By requesting a Nature Explorer kit, you are agreeing that you will supervise the use of its contents and that you will not hold the Davenport Public Library or its staff liable for any injuries or damages that result from the contents of the box.
