The Threat of Fake News Online
What is fake news? How can you recognize it? How is it spread and how has it influenced events? These topics and more will be discussed by local media leaders during a virtual panel discussion event on Tuesday, May 4th at 6:30 pm on Zoom.
The panel will feature Herb Trix of WVIK, Mark Ridolfi of the North Scott Press, and Alan Sivell, Journalism Professor at St. Ambrose University.
